The Architecture of Resilience

Tyxi Coaching was founded to bridge the gap between high performance and humanity. The name is inspired by the Greek word Anaptyxismeaning unfolding and growth.

Christie Stavridi, MCIPD

I bring over two decades of experience as an L&D and Talent leader within demanding, high-pressure sectors including Banking and Financial Services, Health, and Consulting. A background that allows me to convert complex organizational challenges into a clear, actionable roadmap for your success.
