• Personal Identity Data: Your name and email address are automatically purged from our active diagnostic records after 120 days, unless you enter into a formal coaching agreement or affirmatively opt-in to receive occasional insights or ongoing newsletters.
• Research & Statistics: Following the 120-day period, your diagnostic responses are anonymised. This non-identifiable data is retained for the purpose of statistical reviews, research insights, and the development of leadership resilience trends.

We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. We may disclose your personal information:

• To our service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you.
